New Patients

Downtown Langford Family Dental is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. For those with dental insurance, we do not always know in advance what services (if any) your insurance company will cover. All insurance companies and plans vary on what they will or will not cover. Our team will always provide you with the cost of treatment beforehand. Feel free to give us a call and our receptionists are happy to help with figuring out your insurance plan benefits and answer your questions. At that time, we can also discuss your payment options or financing needs, based on your situation.

For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash, Check, Credit card (all major cards accepted)

We’re happy to complete the paperwork and submit insurance claims for reimbursement on your behalf. Any reimbursement will be sent to you directly. Typically, patients receive reimbursement from their insurance company within 2-5 business days.
